With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sherri Blome of Chadron, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sherri left this world on December 12, 2025 at the age of 56, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Tom, Sally Peabody, Floyd and Wanda Stone (Susie); and her friend Raylene Drabbles.

She is survived by: her parents, Roy Peabody and Sharon Peabody of Bar Nunn, Wyoming; her siblings, Lana Glanz (Justin) of Bar Nunn, Wyoming and Jeff Peabody (Rhona) of Columbus, Nebraska; her children, Wyatt Blome (Breezy) of Buffalo Gap and Sydney Gwerder (Christopher) of Chadron, Nebraska; her granddaughters, Lenley and Jory Blome of Buffalo Gap; and her beloved companions, Rudder and Champ. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Chadron Christian Church or Activate Global, two organizations that Sherri regularly supported through her tithing.
