With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steve Lecher (Chadron, Nebraska), who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Lecher and Fern Lecher; and his siblings, LaWayne Sides, Wayne Sides and Bernard Lecher.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Gray; his sons, Brian Lecher (Amber) and Jeff Lecher; and his grandchildren, Brady Lecher (Krysta), Kiaya Lecher, Emily Lecher, Tommy Lecher, Isabella Lecher, Madalyn Lecher and Sabrina Lecher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Chadron Fire Department.
