Gwen M. Kalb Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gwen M. Kalb of Chappell, Nebraska, born in Sidney, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Gwen farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gwen is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Johnson and Inez Johnson (Newberg); and her husband Gerald Kalb of Joseph's Catholic Church. She is survived by : her children, Jeff Kalb (Trish) of Albuquerque and Jennifer Wortmann (Todd) of Englewood, Colorado; her grandchildren, Marie, Brian Kalb, Trevor and Cassidy Wortmann; and her sister Charleen Wilber of Julesburg. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church of Julesburg in Gwen's memory.
