He was predeceased by : his parents, William Swisher and Fern Swisher; his siblings, Keith, Barb and Peg; and his former life partner Debbie.

He is survived by : his wife Cathy Racicky of Oshkosh; his children, Perry (Toni) of Oshkosh, Sam of Scottsbluff and Stacey Yasin (Ibrahim); his siblings, Marcella Gray (Allen) and Wayne (Penny); his grandchildren, Ben, Brittany, Estephon (Amanda), Marwan, Colton, Allison, Sierra and Nina; his great grandchildren, Annalise, Bella, Wyatt, Gianna, Emilee and Alexis; and his pets, Sadie and Shaddow. He is also survived by 2 horses, 16 chickens, 4 goats, and 7 cats.
