It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Leopold of Chappell, Nebraska, who passed away on August 22, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dean and Lillian Dean; her husband Robert Blair Leopold; her siblings, Dorothy, Thelma, Donald, Thomas, Robert, Charles and Richard; her daughter-in-law Nancy; and her great grandchild Kaylie Rose Silzell.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Irene Schuler (Jack) of Colorado Springs, Douglas Dean Leopold of Oshkosh and Robert Kelly Leopold (AeCha) of Valley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
