She is survived by: her husband Tom Span; her children, Victoria, Nichole, Jamie and Brandon; her grandchildren, Mirsades, Myriah, Diego, I, Starr, Tabitha, Jackie, Isaiah and Zeth; and her siblings, Chuck Anderson, Glenda Shellhorn (Ron), Gena Iles, Gary Nail (Jacki) and Larry Nail (Jessica). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
