We are sad to announce that, on January 24, 2026, Beverly A. Kirk of Cody, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother LaVonne Hawkins; her siblings, Robert Mousseaux, Diane Mousseaux and Twila Ortman; and her brother-in-law Craig Wilder.

She is survived by: her husband Rod; her daughter Timarie Buer (Jim); her grandchildren, Bradi, Hayden and Leah; her daughter Dwan Kendrick (Dallas); her grandchildren, Camille and Carter; her son Robert Heger (Amanda); her grandchildren, Hailey, Josiah, Jaxson and Mariah; her stepdaughter Chaney Boomer (Kelly); her stepgrandchildren, Dyson, Chayson, Tyan, Ryden and Emersyn; her stepdaughter Laci Varilek (Scott); her stepgrandchildren, Nash, Ridley, Roper and Lonnie; and her siblings, Van Hawkins (Dee), Linda Baker (Chuck), Myrna Wilder and Marty Hawkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Legion Post #240 of Martin.
