He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dolezal and Hermina Dolezal (Kudlacek); his in-laws, Louis and Stacia Shemek; his siblings, Ladislav Dolezal (Jeanne), Herman Dolezal and Agnes Kobza (William); his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Moser and Betty Dolezal; his son William Raymond Dolezal; and his siblings-in-law, Alois Shemek (Clara), Martin Shemek, Albert Shemek (Helen), Lawrence Shemek, Eugene Shemek (Peg), Helen Gondringer (Alfred), Louise Shemek and Leona Schreiner (Walter).
He is survived by: his wife Christine Shemek; his children, Dr. Joseph Dolezal (Patricia) of Centralia, Jean Landkamer (Richard) of Wichita, Steven (Tamara) of Columbus and James of Columbus; his grandchildren, Sarah Dolezal of Seattle, Laura Dolezal of Vancouver and Anthony Dolezal (Tara) of New York City; and his siblings, Anton Dolezal of David City and Rita Moser of Overland Park, Kansas.. He is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
