She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Jones and Barbara Jones (Berzenski); her husband Robert Mielak; and her son Jeff Mielak. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Mielak of Bloomington, MN; and her brothers, Martin Jones of BelleFourche, SD, Jack, Eugene Jones (DeeDee) of Colorado Springs, CO and Gary Jones (Dorothy) of Columbus Several. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
