With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Cyza of Columbus, Nebraska, born in Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on August 14, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leander Borer and Gertrude Borer (Hagemann); her husband Jerome "Jerry" Cyza; and her brothers, John "Jack" Borer and Steve Borer.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Wetjen (Mike) of Shelby, NE; her grandchildren, Natalia Cook (Ethan), Ale, Sabrina Wolfenden (Matt), Lillian and Alexis; her great grandchildren, Arika, Liam and Mildred; her daughter Joanie Thelen (Scott) of Wilber, NE; her grandchildren, Sage, Stone, Star, Slate and Steel; her son John Cyza; her grandchild Atlas of Columbus, NE; her siblings, Lyle Borer (Jacque) and Leann Arnold; her siblings-in-law, Elaine Vech, Barb Borer, Yvonne Cyza, Carol Cyza, Maxine Becker (Al), Vergel Cyza, Ron Cyza, Earl Arnold, John Prososki, Dennis Vech, Marcy Konz and Evelyn Prososki; Lonny Cyza (Nicole) of Duncan, NE, Amelia and Fisher. She is also survived by her friends and family, including her children, 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
