He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Cunningham and Theresa Cunningham (Ballwig); and his siblings-in-law, Lonnie (Urkoski) and Frances Urkoski. He is survived by: his wife Phyl Cunningham of Columbus, NE; his sister Sheila Cunningham of Pierce, NE; his half-sister Shirley Hansen of Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Urkoski (Kay) of Columbus, NE, Mark Urkoski (Dee) of Columbus, NE and Marcia Kuehler (Donovan). He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the wishes of the family for further designation.
