She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Witty and Janice Witty (Edwards); her husband H. "Bart" Bartholomew, Jr.; and her siblings, Sarah Stever, Ronald Witty and Mary Witty.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Zabawa (Tom) of Columbus, NE, Jo Shaddy (Jim) of Eden Prairie, MN and Jerry Bartholomew of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Tara Stecklein (Scott) of Kearney, NE, Samantha Pichler (Evan) of Omaha, NE, Elizabeth Zabawa (Kelly Kunz) of Ovid, ID, Bart Shaddy of Minneapolis, MN and Dan Shaddy of Minneapolis, MN; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Jude, Evie, Lena and Julia; and her sisters, Peggy Wallman (Dennis) and Toni Kingery. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Her service included the Platte County Food Pantry, the United Way Campaign, the Columbus Community Hospital Foundation, the Master Gardener Service Project, and the Columbus Tree Board.
