She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ervin, Roberta Westmore, Christine and Vern Case; her brother-in-law Terry Reardon; and her aunts and uncles, Robert, James, Verne Jr., Donald, Gerald, Charles, Baby Freddy Case, Elizabeth Valdamar, Eleanor Johnson, Ann Emigh, Nadine Ennis, Jean Gates, Jane Schoening and Norma Case.
She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Case of Columbus, NE and Jane Case (Westmore); her former husband Sgt. Rick Ullrick of Davenport, Iowa.; her sisters, Barb Case of Lincoln, NE and Robin Reardon of Omaha, NE; and her uncles, Charlie (Darla Westmore) of Ogallala, NE and Mick Case (Phyllis) of El Mirage, AZ. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
