We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025 we had to say goodbye to David N Jensen of Columbus, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by: his parents, Neil Jensen and Janice Jensen (Hughs); his daughter Melinda Jensen; his granddaughter Myah Torrez; and his siblings, Judy McCune (Terry), Michael Jensen (Lisa) and Mary Wiegand (Doug).

A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Saint Ansgar Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the American Legion (2263 3rd Ave, Columbus, NE 68601).

“Grew up with David Jensen. He lived a block from me. We went to District 9 and Lakeview Highschool. We hunt fish caught minnows crawdads. We would walk to the railroad tracks and wait for trains so we could jump on and take a free ride into town. Prayers for family! R.I.P! Dave Jensen see ya in Heaven!”
