She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Sempek and Theodosia Sempek (Micek); her siblings, Francis Ziemba (John), Edward Sempek, Angeline Placzek (Martin), Bernice Drozd (Leonard), Joe Sempek (Inez), Steve Sempek and Rose Moritz; and her niece Denise Drozd Klassen.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann Smyth of Santa Rose, CA; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothea Sempek of Monroe, Genevieve Sempek of Columbus and Ray Moritz of Columbus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
