She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Kuta and Genevieve Kuta (Kosiba); her former life partner David Gdowski; and her siblings, Janell and Mark.
She is survived by : her sons, Tyson Gdowski (Kami) of Columbus and Sean Gdowski (Stephanie Albert); her grandchildren, Makenna Gdowski of Columbus, Seth Gdowski of Columbus, Jase Gdowski of Columbus and Jaxson Gdowski of Omaha; her great grandchildren, Avalon, Azael and Elianna; her sister Rena Lee (Ken) of Duncan Lakes; and her cousin Mary Ellen Watchorn.
