He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cetak and Alma Cetak (Dworak) of Ord, NE; his brother-in-law Gary Jamison of Spring Hill, KS; and his niece Jennifer Jamison of Spring Hill, KS. He is survived by: his son Kory Charles (Kellie) of Lexington; his wife Judy Cetak; his daughter Kim Cetak of Lincoln; his granddaughters, Kayleigh, Kennedy and Keelyn Cetak; his brother Allen Joe Cetak (Linda) of Ord; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Hood (Phil) of Lincoln and Pris Jamison of Louisville, KS. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
