Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Diane Gottschalk of Columbus, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 81, on November 2, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Leo and Wauneta Stoeser (Briggs); her brother Vince Stoeser; her grandson Kody Holloway; her stepson Brad Gottschalk; her nephews, Kip Vetos, Brandon Stoeser and Cole Peterson; and her sister-in-law Anna Stoeser.
She is survived by: her sons, Kirby Holloway (Sheri) of Bellwood and Kyle Holloway of Rapid City, SD; her stepsons, Gary Gottschalk and Greg Gottschalk; and her siblings, Kathy Peterson (Roger) of Philip, SD, Lynette Vetos (Paul) of Butte, MT, Vicky DeKay (Dick) of Martin, SD, Keith Stoeser (Kitty) of Florida, Tim Stoeser of Florida, Reed Stoeser (Sue) of Fort Pierre, SD, Randy (Cheryl) of Fort Pierre, SD, Galen Stoeser (Mary) of Sioux Falls, SD and Bert Stoeser of Winner, SD. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many Briggs and Stoeser cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Govier Brothers Mortuary. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Govier Brothers Chapel in Broken Bow.
