She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert V. Nelson and Dorothy Nelson (Hood); her sisters, Diane and Dorine; and her nephew Joseph.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Grabo of Columbus; her children, Megan Azimi of Oceanside, CA, Zach Grabo (Maria) of Columbus, Jake Grabo of Columbus and Anna Grabo (Justin) of Columbus; her siblings, Rich Nelson of Maryville, TN, Donna Jewell (Harold) of Bakersfield, CA and Robert Nelson of Bakersfield, CA; her grandchildren, Eli, Scarlett, Dylan and Bella; her nieces and nephews, Doug Darois (Julietta), Ken Darois, Andrew Darois, Andrea Melanson (Donna) and Jerry Melanon (Gaby); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jarius, Saniyya, Bryony, Dayshanay, Madeline, Abby, Rachelle and Ashley.
Memorials are suggested to Pediatric Cancer Research Fund or the American Cancer Society.
