She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Anderson and Gertrude Anderson (Sorge); and her husband Kenneth Urkoski. She is survived by: her children, Rick (Sue) of Monroe, NE, Steven (Lisa) of Blair, NE and Debra Karabel (Ross) of Miller, NE; her grandchildren, Troy Gaston, Nicole Galliano, Megan Palik, Shayla Urkoski, Kyle Urkoski, Derek Urkoski and Shelby Guenette; her brother Eugene Anderson (Pete) of Madison, WI; and her sister-in-law Kay Anderson of Madison, WI. She is also survived by 10 Great-Grandchildren 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
