He is survived by: his wife Kaye Moore; his daughters, Rhonda Kozlow (Roger) of San Diego and Patricia James of Saratoga; his stepchildren, Becky Shepherd (Bob) of Columbus and Randy Moore of Brunswick, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Alicia James, Sarah Winkelman (Brad), Kristofer Theodore, Nikki Moore (Mike Stoner), Crystal Neale (Tucker), Lucas Shepherd (Mandy Adams) and Paige Reider (Carson); his great grandchildren, Aiden James, Amelia Winkelman, Tre'Massey, Scott Shaffer, Jade Adams, Kennedi Neale, Trinidi Neale, Josie Reider and Milo Reider; his great great grandchild Alaia Massey; and his caregivers, Jessica and Tami.
