He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil F. Bouc and Antoinette Bouc (Machacek); his brother Albert Bouc; his siblings-in-law, DeRoyce Polak and Beverly Polak; and his grandson Ryan Bouc.
He is survived by: his wife Karol Joyce Polak; his children, Janelle Kline (Keith), Connie Ita (Russ), Ron Bouc (Jan) and Kevin Bouc (Janet); and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Bouc of Lincoln. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
