He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand "Fritz" Mihulka and Genevieve Mihulka (Dubsky). He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Mihulka (Vikki) of Columbus, NE, Vicki Bumgarner (Tom) of Strang, NE, Kathy Thomas (Rick) of Columbus, NE, Don Mihulka (Sue) of Lincoln, NE and Pam Souders (Scott) of Columbus, NE; and his godson Jeff Mihulka. He is also survived by 16 Nieces and Nephews.
He took great pride in caring for his parents, he religiously donated blood, assisted his older brother in building his home, and taught his younger brother his passion and love of golf.
