With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Germain Engelbert of Columbus, Nebraska, who passed away on March 8, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Engelbert and Mary Engelbert. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Engelbert (Kurtenbach) of Columbus, NE; and his children, Tim Engelbert of Ft. Worth, TX, Dave Engelbert (Kristina) of Chandler, AZ, Alan Engelbert (Carin) of Allen, TX, Pat Engelbert (Jill) of Omaha, NE and Sarah Brett (Joel) of Des Moines, IA. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Bonaventure Church or Scotus Central Catholic High School.
