He is survived by: his wife Connie Czarnick of Columbus; and his children, Cathy Hilmer of Columbus, Diane VanWerden (Paul) of Lincoln, Mike Czarnick (Karen) of Omaha and Nancy Czarnick of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren 1 great grandchild.
