He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale L Plugge and Betty Plugge (White) of Columbus, NE; his nephew George Michael Prochaska; and his niece Kathrina Joe Prochaska. He is survived by: his sister Julie Phares (Prochaska) of Estes Park, CO.; his children, Justin Plugge of Grand Island, NE, Brandy Mae Plugge of David City, Joseph Plugge of Omaha, NE, Jacob Plugge of Richland, NE and Logan Plugge; his grandchildren, Alexander Tabbytosavit and Aiyanna Lynn Hill; his aunts, Alfreda and Nandin Plugge of Albuquerque; and his uncle Cliff Schroeder of Columbus, NE.
