He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Viola Rickert (Witters) and John Rickert; his siblings, Harold John Rickert and Virginia Ewert (Milton); and his great grandchild Brandon.
He is survived by: his children, Terry "Fuzz" Rickert of Columbus, NE, Tim Rickert (Sue) of Columbus, NE, LeAnne Johnston (Rich) of Fountain Hills, AZ and Susan Krejci (Stuart) of Wahoo, NE; and his brother Alvin Rickert of Columbus, NE.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren.
