She was predeceased by: her brother Scott Spale of Gretna; and her grandparents, James, Elva Spale of Columbus, Lumir and Inez Bazata of Schuyler.
She is survived by: her parents, Janet Spale (Bazata) and Douglas Spale of Bellwood, Nebraska.; her siblings, Shelly Spale Cutler (Todd) and Jason Spale of Omaha; Logan, Jordyn, Isaiah and Blakely of Omaha. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
