We bid farewell to Jeri Ainsworth of Columbus, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 4, 2026 at the age of 82. Jeri touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeri shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeri farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Hausmann and Ione Hausmann (Penne); and her husband Lawrence "Larry" Ainsworth.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Isidore Catholic Church (3921 20th St, Columbus, NE 68601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
