He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Reimers and Eva Reimers (Hartman); his son-in-law Allen Donahey; and his brother-in-law Ray Lux. He is survived by: his former wife Elizabeth Stieren; his wife Liz Reimers of Columbus; his children, Susan Hulke (Ross) of Papillion, NE, Gary Reimers (Kari) of Centerville, MN, Becky Donahey of Cozad, NE, Joan Petsopoulos (Tom) of Manassas Park, VA and Mike Reimers of Larkspur, CO; his grandchildren, Collin, Connor, Rochelle, Stephanie, Trevor, Chloe, Alex, Ben and Katrina; and his siblings, Kathryn Lux of West Point, NE and Kenneth Reimers (Gayle) of Springfield, NE.. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
