He is survived by: his former spouse Butchie; his family Larry; his children, Charlene Fines (Kenny) of Locust Grove, Virginia, Kathleen Dispenza (Sam) of Mentor, Ohio, Cheryl Ditter (Cory) of Columbus, Nebraska and Jeffery Ruffner (Sara) of Cincinnati, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Michael Fines (Chelsea), Samantha, Kayla, Dominick, Giana Dispenza, Chase, Nathan, Jackson Ditter, Drew, Marin, Derek and Mallory Ruffner; his great grandchildren, Noah and Ella Fines; his brother Ronnie Ruffner (Joyce) of Waldorf; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Rininger of West Augusta and Ben Davis of Salisbury. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
