It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leola M. Hansen of Columbus, Nebraska, who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Miller and Emelia Miller (Turk); her husband Robert L. Hansen of Elba, NE.; her children, Leslie Hansen-Maslowski and Glenn R. Hansen; and her brother Clayton Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Konnie Hansen of Ft. Worth, TX, Kristine Lechner (Roger) of Columbus, NE and Barbara Hansen; her parents-in-law, Barbara Hansen, Kristine Lechner (Roger) of Columbus, NE and Konnie Hansen of Ft. Worth, TX; her grandchildren, Carter Tims (Jessica), Andrew Maslowski (Alexandra), Alexandra Lechner and Spencer Lechner (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Blake Lechner, Lilly Elizabeth Tims, Desmond Lechner and Oliver Lechner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society.
