She is survived by: her husband George Dohmen of Columbus; her children, Debi Mundt (Scott) of Chicago, IL, Robert (Lisa) of Colorado Springs, CO, Dennis (Carol) of Platte Center, Rick (Madonna) and Brian (Mary) of Lincoln; and her siblings, Shirley Jarecki (Dave), Larry Formanek and James Formanek (Theresa). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
