Luella Luchsinger Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luella Luchsinger of Columbus, Nebraska, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie J. Menke and Ida Menke (Schwanke); her siblings, Dwayne Menke (Gen), Marcella Hauser (Ray) and Vernice Voigt (Edwin); and her siblings-in-law, Dale Durkop, Marvin Luchsinger, John Traudt, Harriet Vosseler and Judy Menke.
She is survived by: her husband Ray; her sons, Kevin (Stephanie) of Columbus and Rick of Columbus; her grandsons, Nathan (Danielle) of Shelby and Alex of Columbus; her siblings, Ruth Durkop of Columbus and George Menke of Columbus; and her sisters-in-law, Enola Luchsinger of Columbus and Maxine Traudt of Colorado.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke's United Church of Christ (1072 21st Ave, Columbus, NE 68601).
