He is survived by: his children, Conrad Slusarski (Diane Marks) of Bellwood, Sharon Ernst of Columbus and Carol Griencewic of La Vista; his grandchildren, Morgan Slusarski, Nathan Slusarski, Ryan Ernst, Sarah Ernst, Lindsay Bornhoft (Tom) and Lauren Griencewic; his stepchildren, Norma Kontor (Louie) of Columbus, Bobby Voichoskie of Fullerton, Dwayne Korte of Fullerton, Charles Voichoskie (Debbie) of Columbus and Chris Babb (Tony) of Fullerton; his brother John Stevens of Lombard, IL; and his sister-in-law Donna Slusarski of Columbus. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
