He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slusarski and Mary Slusarski (Maslonka); his wives, Marjoirie Slusarski and Tessie Slusarski; his siblings, Ted, Rudy, Lonnie, Edward, Francis Slusarski, Emilia Micek, Cecelia Slusarski, Stephanie Small and Roseria Slusarski; his son-in-law Phillip Ernst; and his stepchildren, Don Voichoskie and Bertilla Korte.
He is survived by: his children, Conrad Slusarski (Diane Marks) of Bellwood, Sharon Ernst of Columbus and Carol Griencewic of La Vista; his grandchildren, Morgan Slusarski, Nathan Slusarski, Ryan Ernst, Sarah Ernst, Lindsay Bornhoft (Tom) and Lauren Griencewic; his stepchildren, Norma Kontor (Louie) of Columbus, Bobby Voichoskie of Fullerton, Dwayne Korte of Fullerton, Charles Voichoskie (Debbie) of Columbus and Chris Babb (Tony) of Fullerton; his brother John Stevens of Lombard, IL; and his sister-in-law Donna Slusarski of Columbus. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (562 17th Ave, Columbus, NE 68601). A vigil service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM.
