She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Foltz and Louise Foltz (Goeckel); her husband Gerald Sliva; her grandparents, Stephen, Mary Foltz, Joseph and Anna Goeckel; and her brothers-in-law, Don Hamling, Art Pillen and Ron Bogus.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Pool, Steve Sliva (Tammy) and Doug Sliva (Gwynn); her grandchildren, Matthew Pool (Dhara Patel), Garrett Sliva (Kelsey Safarik), Kelsey Sliva, Nathan Sliva (Rylee Kwapnioski), Luke Sliva and Janae Sliva; her great grandchild Sage Sliva; and her siblings, AnnaMae Hamling, Elverine Pillen, Bonnie Bogus, Norbert Foltz (Dianne) and Lois Daniels (Mark).
