She is survived by: her mother Janet Longnecker Sr. (Schultz) of Columbus, NE; her son Keith Cermak (Jill Hessel) of Columbus, NE; her grandchildren, Erica Frauendorfer, Ashlynn Cermak and Brantley Cermak; her daughter Emilie Metcalfe (Jason) of Columbus, NE; her grandchildren, Zachary Mang-Metcalfe, Heaven Metcalfe, Nevaya Metcalfe, Hannah Metcalfe and Aurorah Metcalfe; her son Nick Galley of Columbus, NE; her grandson Brecken Galley; her son Anthony Greisen of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Jayden Matulka and Kinzlea Greisen; her siblings, Jeff Longnecker of Lincoln, NE, Jeanette Juhl of Lincoln, NE, Julie Pozehl of Lincoln, NE and Lorrie Ware (Rick); and her pet Layla Jean.
