She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lombard and Della Mae Lombard (Hudnall); her son Randy Lee Fowler; and her brothers, Gerald Lombard and John Lombard.
She is survived by: her husband Don Fowler of Columbus, NE; her children, Shelly Fowler of Lincoln, NE and Robin Fowler of Lincoln, NE; her grandsons, Zebulon Taylor and Keegan Taylor of Lincoln, NE; her great grandchild Keanu McCullough-Taylor of Lincoln, NE; and her siblings, Tom Lombard (Theresa) of Crete, NE, Janice Ross (George) of Jacksonville, NC and Shirley A. Driscoll. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
