He was predeceased by: his parents, Teodoro Samano Andoy Sr. and Cesaria Perandos Andoy; and his sister Milagros Delen Brothers (Gregorio Andoy). He is survived by: his sisters, Yolanda Echavia and Helen Buaquina. He is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews.
