He was predeceased by: his parents, John Manak and Jennie Manak (Kucera); his siblings, Elden Manak (Mary Ann), Adella Tomasek (Joey) and Marcella Shonka (Adolph); and his brother-in-law Dennis Larson.
He is survived by: his son Brett Manak (Rebecca) of Columbus, NE; his granddaughters, Gabrielle Bright (Corey), Brianna, Natasha and Claudia; his great grandchild Maokai Manak; his daughter Becki Baker of Columbus, NE; his grandson Dylan Baker (Bella); his great grandchildren, Ashton, Arrow and Camille; his son Ben Manak (Jessica) of Columbus, NE; his grandchildren, Wyatt and McKenzie; his sister Martha Larson of Omaha, NE.; and his close friend Sharon Werner (Joe).
