“Dear Sharon and family, It's difficult to send you this note. I know Bob and my brother Gay were like brothers, but I felt like one too. I knew Bob from when Bob and Gay would drive up from Kansas on their way to some adventure. But it wasn't until I roomed with Bob at K-State that I really got to know him.
