He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stearns and Rose Stearns (Gerritzen); his brother-in-law Steven Blahak; and his nephew-in-law Michael Bohanan. He is survived by: his sister Carol Saunders of Fremont, NE; his nephew Steven Stearns; his great-nephews, Kyle and Wilbur Stearns; his great-niece Lakota Stearns; his nieces, Christina Blahak and Samantha Bohanan; his great-nephew Payden Blahak; his niece Kimberly Blahak (Eric McDunn); his great-nieces, Izabella Sulley and Nova McDunn; his great-nephew Beckham McDunn; his nephew Zachary Blahak; his close friend Bonnie Reynoldson Loyal; and his pet Lexi.
