She was predeceased by : her son Jose Antonio Pinto; and her siblings, Martin Marquez, Paulino Marquez, Maria Marquez and Elvira Marquez.

She is survived by : her children, Neptaly Pinto, Merilu Rodriguez (Douglas), Marco Antonio Pinto, Arlin Pinto and Iris Lemos (Brian); her grandchildren, Luis, Ismael Jr., Gisselle, Astrid, Humberto, Chantal and Ismael; and her siblings, Luisa Marquez, Marcelina Marquez and Beto Marquez. She is also survived by several other grandchildren 22 Great Grandchildren.
