He is survived by: his mother Rose Marie Hoffman (Rossmar) of Columbus, NE; his siblings, Deanna Hoffman of Columbus, NE and Chris Hoffman (Julie) of Columbus, NE; his nieces, Ashley, McKayla and Kate Hoffman; his brother Tom Hoffman of Tulsa, OK; his niece Pauline Hoffman; his sister Heidi Plance (Joe) of Omaha, NE; and his nephews, Mitchell Plance (Kelsey) and Jonathan Plance (Mackenzie).
In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are suggested to Scotus Central Catholic High School or St. Bonaventure Catholic Church.
