He is survived by: his wife Donna Mathis of Columbus, Nebraska; his sons, Terry Mathis Jr. of Indiana and Jesse Mathis (Jennifer) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Chance, Lizzy, Jaycee, Jaelyn and Jordyn; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Sophia and Norah; his stepchildren, Justin Podany (Ashley) of Nebraska, Jaime Rohloff of Nebraska, Josh Podany of Nebraska, Jennifer Barber (Brian) of Nebraska and Cole Weyer of Wichita; and his stepgrandchildren, Jasmine, Aalijah, Briley, Averee, Ryker, Aubrie, Logan, Noah, Albie, Tanner, Trey, Clayton and Tinsley. He is also survived by many friends and family.
