He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kohout and Helen Kohout (Hromas); his wife Judy Cramer; his son Chad; his brother Ray; his in-laws, Alvin and Frieda Cramer; and his brother-in-law Gene Cramer.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Price (Bill), Scott Kohout (Lisa) and Gina Vergil (Todd); his grandchildren, Blake, Preston, Connor Price (Valerie), Caden Kohout, Carli Hippen (Treyton), Treyton, Beau and Beckett Vergil; his siblings, Elaine Tomasevicz (late Dick), Francis Kohout (Joyce), Margaret Bartek (late Bernie) and Ernest Kohout (Laurie); and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Cramer and Joan DeVries (Gaylen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
