Phyllis Irene Deunk Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2022, at the age of 82, Phyllis Irene Deunk of Cortland, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ehmen and Lucille Ehmen of Pickrell; her brother Warren Ehmen; her parents-in-law, Henry and Grace Deunk; and her sister-in-law Henrietta Moats.
She is survived by: her husband Leon Deunk; her children, Randall Deunk (Ruby), Kathryn Niemeier (Todd) and Christy King (Geoff); her grandchildren, Carrie VanLaningham (Derek), Kelli Niemeier, Brandon Deunk (Emily), Aaron Deunk (Faith), Chad Niemeier, Connor King and Bradyn King; and her great grandchild Baby (VanLaningham).
A memorial has been established for the Christ Lutheran Music Program, Lakeview Living in Firth and CHI Hospice in Lincoln with Wayne and Janet Wallman in charge.
