She was predeceased by: her parents, Doug Bowden and Darla Bowden (McNulty). She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy John" Head of Cozad; her son Michael Putnam of North Platte; her grandchildren, McKenzie of North Platte, Kyson of North Platte and Kearson Putnam of North Platte; her stepdaughter Michelle Head of Omaha; her sister Lisa Wolf (Tim) of Cozad; her close friends, Joe Putnam of Cambridge and Mitch Helmuth of Cozad; and her pet Ziggy. She is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
