He was predeceased by: his parent Nona Bailey; his wife Mona Eickel of Corning; his parent Nona Cooney; and his stepfather John Cooney. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Albrecht (Mark) and Mark Laughlin; his grandchildren, Bethany Hyatt, Mathew Albrecht (Liz), Amber and Carlie; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Klaylee, Emma, Bailey, Hayden, Kaitlyn, Kaleb, Erin, Harper, Keegan, Zoey and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are kindly suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Lancaster, Ohio, or Trinity Lutheran Church in Gothenburg, Nebraska.
