It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Dorotha Poehler of Cozad, Nebraska, born in Gothenburg, Nebraska, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Anderson and Dorotha Anderson (Wells); her husband Andy; her brother Alan; her parents-in-law, Ervin and Anna Poehler; and her siblings-in-law, Harold and Margaret Biehl.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Rogers (Randy) of Lexington and Jeannie Burns (Corey) of Cozad; her grandchildren, Ross Rogers of Lincoln, Haley Rogers of Lexington, Sophia, Rebecca and Kristina Burns of Cozad; and her sisters, Judy Biehl (Dale) of Lexington and Alana Muchmore (Ken) of Kearney. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials are suggested to the First Presbyterian Church, the Lexington Education Association Scholarship fund, or the Dawson County 4-H Café.
